We will act professionally, and ensure that all officers conduct themselves with the highest level of moral and ethical standards.

Straight to Treatment
It is a program created to help those that are caught in the powerful grip of addiction and substance abuse – but would like to break free – with the opportunity to be connected to a program to assist them with overcoming their addiction. You do NOT need insurance to participate.

Burlington County Recovery Center
The Recovery Center serves as a “one-stop” destination where individuals can be paired with a recovery peer, and obtain information about treatment programs, recovery support services and community resources. Wellness activities and classes, and recovery groups are also scheduled and held here.

PRESS RELEASE – 4/1/24
On Sunday, March 31, 2024 at approximately 8:06 PM, Burlington City Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the 800 block of North Route 130 for a reported structure fire with possible victims trapped. Upon their arrival, units were faced with a working fire and an individual trapped on the second floor of the house. Firefighters were able to successfully rescue the victim and quickly extinguish the fire. The victim was transported to Saint Christopher’s Hospital in Philadelphia, PA by PENNSTAR aeromedical. The incident required the assistance of numerous mutual aid first responders as well as The American Red Cross. This incident is still under investigation, however the cause is not believed to be suspicious in nature.

Sheriff James H. Kostoplis wants to remind Senior Citizens of Burlington County, that the Burlington County Sheriff’s Office offers FREE home security inspections! Holiday Parade and a Message from Chief Fine
Tremendous event and parade tonight! Thank you to all officers who worked the event and our dedicated officers who walked in the parade with their families showing our BCPD Family! Thank you for our special guests who walked with us! Sheriff Kostpolis, Undersheriff Carr, and Retired BCPD Chief John Lazzarotti accompanied the police department down High Street. NJ State FOP Labor Council Representative Sean Lavin escorted our department with the Trenton AOH Pipe Band. Thank you for our great partnership and welcome back Chief Laz! Leading the parade was our Reserve Sergeant Snyder with our BCPD Patrol Vehicle, Burlington County Sheriffs Dept, and Burlington Township Police Department.
