Our Mission Statement
The mission of the City of Burlington Police Division is to ensure the best quality of life for our citizens through partnerships with the community, enforcement of the law, and the provision of a safe environment. We will act professionally, and ensure that all officers conduct themselves with the highest level of moral and ethical standards.

Straight to Treatment
It is a program created to help those that are caught in the powerful grip of addiction and substance abuse – but would like to break free – with the opportunity to be connected to a program to assist them with overcoming their addiction. You do NOT need insurance to participate.

Burlington County Recovery Center
The Recovery Center serves as a “one-stop” destination where individuals can be paired with a recovery peer, and obtain information about treatment programs, recovery support services and community resources. Wellness activities and classes, and recovery groups are also scheduled and held here.
TRAFFIC ALERT – 1/24/24
Mill Road from Wood St to Cox Farm Rd will be closed to all traffic Wednesday January 24, 2024 from 9:00am through most of the day until repairs are completed. Please avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
PRESS RELEASE – 1/22/24
PRESS RELEASE Monday, January 22, 2024 On Sunday, January 21, 2024 at approximately 2:00 pm, Burlington City Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the 300 block of York Street for a reported structure fire. Upon their arrival, units were faced with a working fire in an attached dwelling which required the assistance of numerous mutual aid first responders. There were no injuries reported, however three homes sustained significant damage. As a result of the fire three families were displaced and were provided assistance by the American Red Cross and Volunteers of America Delaware Valley. This incident is still under investigation, however the cause is not believed to be suspicious in nature.
BCPD Blue Devil Police Vehicle!
Today, in partnership with The City of Burlington School District, we unveiled one of two new BCPD Blue Devil police vehicles! These vehicles are the latest example of our ongoing collaboration with the City of Burlington School District and will support mutual police and District goals. Thank you to everyone who came out for the big reveal, including Police, District staff and Buddy the Blue Devil, of course! #cityproud

Thank you to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church for the generous donation of food and pantry items to help residents in need. These donations were collected by students who participated in their Vacation Bible School and wanted to be a "shining light" in the community. Way to go kids and thank you again!
