Our Mission Statement
The mission of the City of Burlington Police Division is to ensure the best quality of life for our citizens through partnerships with the community, enforcement of the law, and the provision of a safe environment. We will act professionally, and ensure that all officers conduct themselves with the highest level of moral and ethical standards.

Straight to Treatment
It is a program created to help those that are caught in the powerful grip of addiction and substance abuse – but would like to break free – with the opportunity to be connected to a program to assist them with overcoming their addiction. You do NOT need insurance to participate.

Burlington County Recovery Center
The Recovery Center serves as a “one-stop” destination where individuals can be paired with a recovery peer, and obtain information about treatment programs, recovery support services and community resources. Wellness activities and classes, and recovery groups are also scheduled and held here.
Drive Carefully – Deer Mating Season
Love is in the air for deer this mating season. When driving, use extra caution and lower speeds, especially around wooded roads and parks, to avoid colliding with deer who have entered the roadway. #BeAlert #drivesafe

Bring Your Child to Work Day 2023
Today we had some very special guests for Bring your child to work day. We took a tour of the station and patrol cars, checked out the drone, played with K9 Sully, got goodie bags and had a pizza party. What a fun day! Thank you for everyone who participated and special thanks to Francescos Pizzeria & Ristorante Italiano for donating lunch!

Congratulations to Officer Martinez and K9 Echo on successfully completing a 120 hour course in Tracking and Evidence searches at the Penn Vet Working Dog Center. Way to go Team!!!!
Youth Police Academy 2023!
The City of Burlington Police Department and the Edgewater Park Township Police Department are now accepting applications for our joint Youth Police Academy 2023. Applications may be picked up at either department or by clicking the link below. Any questions please contact Edgewater Park Police Lieutenant John Harris, Burlington City Police Detective Will Lancenese or Burlington City Police Reserve Officer Jeff Green. Officers Attend Career Day!
The City of Burlington Police Department would like to thank the Rowan College at Burlington County and the Saint Pauls Schools for having our officers at their Career Days. On Thursday, officers attended the annual law enforcement career day hosted by Rowan College at Burlington County and on Friday, officers attended the Saint Pauls School Career Day. Our officers were able to meet many community members and answer questions about Law Enforcement careers.
National Night Out 2022 – Tuesday, August 2nd
MARK YOUR CALENDARS National Night Out 2022 is Tuesday, August 2nd from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Riverfront Promenade. This is a FREE community event. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes Police-Community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. Special shout out to Low Rate Towing and Burlington county auto parts for their generous donations to help make this night possible.
