The mission of the City of Burlington Police Division is to ensure the best quality of life for our citizens through partnerships with the community, enforcement of the law, and the provision of a safe environment. We will act professionally, and ensure that all officers conduct themselves with the highest level of moral and ethical standards.

Straight to Treatment
It is a program created to help those that are caught in the powerful grip of addiction and substance abuse – but would like to break free – with the opportunity to be connected to a program to assist them with overcoming their addiction. You do NOT need insurance to participate.

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley (VOADV) is a local affiliate of national, non-profit organization, Volunteers of America, and provides essential services to our community’s most vulnerable individuals. Each year, we serve more than 13,000 individuals throughout the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region and operates more than 40 high quality, outcome-driven assistance programs – from homelessness, reentry, veteran’s assistance and affordable housing services to specialized programs for individuals with addiction, traumatic brain injury and/or intellectual disabilities.

The City of Burlington Water Department is Monitoring Water Quality After a Recent Chemical Spill in the Delaware River; Water is Safe to Use at This Time The City's Water Department is monitoring the water quality of the Delaware River following a chemical release that recently occurred from a manufacturing plant into a tributary of the River in Bristol, PA. The Water Department is maintaining regular communication with State and Federal agencies regarding the situation. At this time, there is no impact to the outside source water of the City's Water Treatment Plant. We will continue to monitor the source water and provide updates if we receive additional information or there are any developments. The health and safety of our residents is our top priority.
