Our Mission Statement
The mission of the City of Burlington Police Division is to ensure the best quality of life for our citizens through partnerships with the community, enforcement of the law, and the provision of a safe environment. We will act professionally, and ensure that all officers conduct themselves with the highest level of moral and ethical standards.

Straight to Treatment
It is a program created to help those that are caught in the powerful grip of addiction and substance abuse – but would like to break free – with the opportunity to be connected to a program to assist them with overcoming their addiction. You do NOT need insurance to participate.

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley (VOADV) is a local affiliate of national, non-profit organization, Volunteers of America, and provides essential services to our community’s most vulnerable individuals. Each year, we serve more than 13,000 individuals throughout the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region and operates more than 40 high quality, outcome-driven assistance programs – from homelessness, reentry, veteran’s assistance and affordable housing services to specialized programs for individuals with addiction, traumatic brain injury and/or intellectual disabilities.
Breast Cancer Awareness and Covid Prevention Event – Saturday 10/15/22
This Saturday, October 15th Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. and SisterHood, Inc will be hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness and Covid Prevention event from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Keegan Center, 522 Wood Street, Burlington. Please check out the flyers for more details!
Dysautonomia Awareness – Turquoise Ribbons on Patrol Vehicles
We had some very special visitors this past Friday who came by to assist Det. Lambing, Corporal Rios and Officer Murphy with tying turquoise ribbons on the patrol vehicles for Dysautonomia awareness. The City of Burlington Police Department continues to join efforts to bring awareness to Dysautonomia. #CityPride #VasquezStrong! Rest in Peace Timothy Viereck
The City of Burlington Police Department is saddened to hear of the passing of Timothy Viereck. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Meghan, his children, family and to all his brother’s, sister’s and co-workers at Burlington County Central Communications, Burlington City Fire Department and Endeavor Emergency Squad. Timothy was selfless when it came to serving his community and he will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace Sir.
