Straight to Treatment
It is a program created to help those that are caught in the powerful grip of addiction and substance abuse – but would like to break free – with the opportunity to be connected to a program to assist them with overcoming their addiction. You do NOT need insurance to participate.

Burlington County Recovery Center
The Recovery Center serves as a āone-stopā destination where individuals can be paired with a recovery peer, and obtain information about treatment programs, recovery support services and community resources. Wellness activities and classes, and recovery groups are also scheduled and held here.

CODE BLUE Declaration Wednesday, November 30, 2022 Based on projected weather forecasts, a CODE BLUE is declared effective Wednesday, November 30th, 7 PM to Friday, December 2nd, 7AM. Overnight Shelters will be operating from 7pm-7am. For Code Blue assistance: Contact The Burlington County Board of Social Services at 609-261-1000 or The Burlington County Housing HUB is 609-265-5185 Monday-Friday between 8AM-5PM.Ā After hours, weekends, and holidays please contact NJ 211 the number is 2-1-1. *They will assess the location of the homeless individual and recommend the appropriate shelter site. *
Attempt to Identify – Residential Burglary Suspect
Ā The City of Burlington Police Department is asking for public assistance with identifying a suspect for a residential burglary. The burglary happened on November 25. The suspect gained access through a window and was able to remove numerous valuable items from the house. If you are able to identify the suspect, please contact DCpl. PRESS RELEASE – Thursday, November 17, 2022
Ā On Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at approximately 11:05 PM, Burlington City Police Patrols were dispatched to the 500 block of Columbus Rd. for a report of gunshots. Upon arriving in the area officers quickly located a crime scene with physical evidence of the shooting. Two houses were struck by gunfire during the incident, however no injuries were reported. Detectives recovered numerous discharged cartridges and projectiles. Ā This is an active and ongoing investigation.
