Our Mission Statement
The mission of the City of Burlington Police Division is to ensure the best quality of life for our citizens through partnerships with the community, enforcement of the law, and the provision of a safe environment. We will act professionally, and ensure that all officers conduct themselves with the highest level of moral and ethical standards.

Straight to Treatment
It is a program created to help those that are caught in the powerful grip of addiction and substance abuse – but would like to break free – with the opportunity to be connected to a program to assist them with overcoming their addiction. You do NOT need insurance to participate.

Burlington County Recovery Center
The Recovery Center serves as a “one-stop” destination where individuals can be paired with a recovery peer, and obtain information about treatment programs, recovery support services and community resources. Wellness activities and classes, and recovery groups are also scheduled and held here.

Has your child starting collecting BCPD trading cards yet? Each Thursday we will be posting a “Throwback” photo of Officers throwback and current cards. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for Corporal Hesson to collect his card! The first child that comes to Police Headquarters at 525 High Street with the complete card set containing all 43 cards, will be gifted a new bicycle of their choice from Burlington County Bikes donated by the members of Lodge #63! National Health Center Week 2022 – FREE FESTIVAL
Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 13th from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. will be celebrating National Health Center Week 2022 with a FREE FESTIVAL! There will be a taco truck, ice cream truck, backpack giveaway, I-pad raffle, community resources, free health screenings, vaccinations and a produce giveaway. Passing of Retired Officer Leonard T. Rencevicz
The City of Burlington Police Department regretfully announces the passing of Retired Officer Leonard T. Rencevicz. Leonard proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army and served in the Korean War in the 92nd Engineer Searchlight Company. For heroic and meritorious service during combat operations, Leonard was awarded the Korean Service Medal with 4 Bronze Stars. After his Honorable discharge, he went on to attend the police academy and served the City of Burlington for over 25 years. We thank him for his service and offer our sincere condolences to his family.
