The mission of the City of Burlington Police Division is to ensure the best quality of life for our citizens through partnerships with the community, enforcement of the law, and the provision of a safe environment. We will act professionally, and ensure that all officers conduct themselves with the highest level of moral and ethical standards.

Straight to Treatment
It is a program created to help those that are caught in the powerful grip of addiction and substance abuse – but would like to break free – with the opportunity to be connected to a program to assist them with overcoming their addiction. You do NOT need insurance to participate.

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley (VOADV) is a local affiliate of national, non-profit organization, Volunteers of America, and provides essential services to our community’s most vulnerable individuals. Each year, we serve more than 13,000 individuals throughout the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region and operates more than 40 high quality, outcome-driven assistance programs – from homelessness, reentry, veteran’s assistance and affordable housing services to specialized programs for individuals with addiction, traumatic brain injury and/or intellectual disabilities.

NEWS RELEASE September 27, 2021 BCPD Investigating Potential Bomb Threat The City of Burlington Police Department is investigating a potential bomb threat at the Amazon Warehouse, located at 1101 East Pearl Street, Burlington City. At approximately 6:42 a.m. this date, Central Communications received a 9-1-1 call reporting a potential bomb threat at the Amazon Warehouse. Officers from the City of Burlington Police Department, as well as several other agencies are on location at this time. All employees have been evacuated and this investigation is ongoing. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
